Villa in Benidorm - La Cala
The Villa is situated directly on the sandy beach in the bay of "Playa Poniente". It is in a quiet area without high-rise buidings and buissines establishments. The funfair Park "Terra Mitica", waterpark "Agualandia", zoo "Mundomar" and 2 big, white beaches are very near. The distance to the beach is about 300 m. Benidorm - Villa Sol
The summer residence with ca. 100 m2 is new furnished and renovated. It has 2 big terraces with sun blindes, a nice well-kept garden with pool, barbecue, sun terrace and pavilion. Heating inside the house. The Villa has as from midday the whole day sun in winter and a distance to the beach only about 300 m. The Villa has additionally a Penthouse with seperate entrance, so that also can stay 10 persons, if you rent the penthouse as well. The pool can be heated if you like, but it will charged the electricity costs. And you will be charged for the electricity if you use the air conditioning in summer. The penthouse has 55 m2 living area and is situated with a seperate entrance in the Villa Sol. You also can rent both together for until 10 persons. The renter of the Villa can use pool and garden. The pool can be heated until 28°C (if you are paying the electricity costs). The theme park "Terra Mitica" and 2 big, white beaches are very near. The distance to the beach is about 300 m. The garden is privat and not visible, and there is a pavillon and grill at the pool, 6 lawn chairs and 2 deck-chairs. |

Price for the Villa per day
Little pets are allowed (with former arragement) and it will be charged with 15 Euros per week Telefon costs 4 Euro/ week + 0,08 Euro/ rate. Electricity: 0,26 euro/kwh. Air conditioning and heating of the pool will be charged. Overwinter possible: Overwintering: from 1. November till 31. March as of 2 Month 1100 Euro, as of 3 Month 1000 Euro, as of 4/ 5 Month 900 Euro per month Final cleaning in the winter until 6 persons: 180 Euro. Bedclothes and towels will be included in the price. In summertime, from May till Oktober the towels and bedclothes are not incl. in the price and are: 12 Euro/ person Finalcleaning in the summer: 150 Euro You have to leave a deposit of 300 Euros, which
will be payed back if you leave
the house and everything is in order.
