The situation:

Holiday residence in Benidorm

Turia is situated approx. 3 km of Benidorm in a house of 4 floors in a quiet living area. The Busstation to Benidorm is dirctly in front of the door. A lot of Restaurants and shops are in the near.
With the car you need 15 minutes to the montains. A lot of nice destinations are around.

Benidorm has different sights:
1.) The new theme park Terra Mitica Park with a lot of attractions. Espacially adequate for children.
An absolute must for holidaymaker.
2.) The Mundomar with its sights of the sea.
3.) In the evening you can visit the Benidorm Palace. A special Show programme will be expeceted to you. You can book it with a special dinner menu. It can be recommened.
This are only a few examples - Benidorm offers a good deal more, just try it out.

Oppertunities to go in for sports in the near:
angling, swimming, to go by bike, paragliding, golf, surfing, diving, tennis, hiking, water-ski...

The Flat:

The size of the apartment is ca. 45 m2 and it has one bedroom, one bathroom, Sat-TV, radio, a big livingroom with kitchen, fridge with freezer, a sunny terrace, a parking place, a washing machine and security doors. The chattels are new and comfortable. The Sofa is extensible as a double bed. The kitchen is completely equipped with toaster, coffee maker, canteen and dishes.
Bedclothers, towels and bath-towels are available.
Pets are with further arrangement allowed and will be charged with 15 Euro per Week.
On the terrace and the garden are chairs and a parking place.

Apartment:
Living-/Diningroom (sofa to sleep) with Sat-TV / cabel-TV,
cassette rekorder, radio
open Kitchen with 4 hot plates, oven, ice-box, fridge,
washing machine.

Overwinter possible:
In the month between November till March there are special prices for the month:
1. month 580 Euro,
as of 3 month 550 Euros, as of 4 month 530 Euro
as of 5 month 490 Euros.
In the month November till April you will be charged for the electricity and gas costs (KW 0,16 Euro).
Bedclothes and towels will be included in the price.
Finalcleaning in the wintertime: 72 Euro

Pets are with former arrangement allowed and will be charged with 15 Euros per week.

In the summertime from May till Oktober the towels and bedclothes are not inkl. in the price and are: 12 Euro/ person
Finalcleaning in the summer: 55 Euro

longer bookings in the summer time:
If you book a complete month frome 01. April till 31. October
you will get a discount of 15 % of the daily price.

You have to consign a deposit of 200 Euros, which will be payed back if you leave the house and everything is in order.

It is not allowed to take the towels to the beach.

Further Information:

Rental times:
You can rent the flat also for days.
But at least for 1 week, and in the high season 2 weeks.
arrival time:         from 18.00 o´clock
departure time:          till   10.00 o´clock
Differences with former arrangement possible.

Payment and further conditions:
You will make the hiring contract directly with the renter, who will oversee the rest.
Within 1 week after booking you have to pay an advance payment of 40 % of the total price.
The residual 60% of the price and the final cleaning you have to pay 4 weeks before you arrive.
