The situation: Ciudad Quesada 

Ciudad Quesada is situated, between Guardamar (ca. 7 km) and Torrevieja (ca. 12 km). The town has ca. 12.000 habitantes and it is part of the community Rojales. To all important shops, restaurants, banks etc. you can go by foot. The natural beach with dunes and  stone pines reaches of ca. 15 km and invite you to have a swim and to relax. In the near you have a big choise to go in for sports.

Opportunities to make sport or to enjoy your free time:  
Fishing, golf (18-hole-golf course in the town), further 4 golf courses in the near, to ride, surfing, diving, tennis, water ski, Water-Park in the town etc.

The discription: The holiday residence has all equippment that makes the life easy in spain. Aircondition, electric heating and gas heating are available.
Thus is a hibernation in Ciudad Quesada very comfortable. And childrends are welcome.
The Costa Blanca doesn´t has a real winter time, the weather is like springtime more than 9 month and 3 month summer. Fridge, dishwascher and washing machine makes the life easy.

The safe and the alarm plant are safing your articles of value during you are relaxing in the pool or when you go in for sports.

When you hire the villa for more than 2 persons:
30 Euro for each person / week for electricity, water and bedclothes

Bedclothes are available, towels for the beach and the pool you have to bring with you. 

Possibility of discount for long-term renting (please ask) 

Final cleaning:   60 Euro 

Additional charges: 
5,00 Euro per week (advance payment) for using the telefon.
It will be absurbed with the actual using costs. 

In the winter: 7,00 Euro per day for heating (Oil) 

Pets are allowed (prior consultation).

arrivel time:          from  16.00 Uhr  
departure time:       until 10.00  Uhr 

Payment terms:  
Within 1 week after booking you have to pay an advance payment of 1/3 of the total price.  
The rest 2/3 of the price you have to pay 6 weeks before arrival. 

The final cleaning you have to pay cash on location.  

Furter information: 
You will make the hire contract directly with the renter, who will oversee the rest.
