The Villa is situated directly on the sandy beach at the bay of "Playa Poniente". It is in a quiet area without high-rise buidings and buissines establishments.

The theme amusemente park "Terra Mitica", waterpark "Aqualandia" sea zoo "Mundomar" and 2 big, white beaches are very near. The distance to the beach is about 300 m.

Sportsman/sportswoman:
angling, swimming, cycling, paragliding, golf, surfing, diving, tennis, hiking, water-ski...

The Flat:

Referenz Benidorm - Penthouse - Villa Sol

The Penthouse with 55 m2 living area is situated in the Villa Sol with separete entrance.
You also can rent the Villa and the Flat together for 10 people. The renters of the Villa can use the garden and the pool

From the Penthouse you have a wonderful sea view of the bay of Finestrat and it is very sunny. So it is also warm in winter. You have sun the whole day till night. The furnishing is new, because the flat was finished 1 year ago.

Description:
The big living area has a complete equipped american kitchen. The furnishing is completely new.
Bedclothers and towels will be available.
Also the garage can be rented.

Living- / Diningroom with Sat-TV / Kabel-TV,
open plan kitchen with electric kitchen stove with 4 hot plates, oven, ice-box, fridge, microwave, washing machine.

The prices are for 4 people.
There also can be 5th person (sleeping sofa in the living room) additional charge: 10 %

Overwintering is possible:
Winter booking from 1. November till 30. March
as of 1 Month 740 Euro, as of 2. month 690 Euro,
as of 3 Month 650 Euro, as of 4./5. month 630 Euros
From November till April you will be charged for the electricity you have used (0,26 Euro / kwh)
Bedclothes and towels will be included in the price.
Finalcleaning in the wintertime: 95 Euro

In summer from April till Oktober, towels and bedclothes are not inkl. in the price and are: 12 Euro/ person
Finalcleaning in the summer: 85 Euro

Longer summer booking:
if you are booking the whole month in the time of 1.April till 31. October you will get an discount of 10 % per day

Little pets are allowed (with former arragement) 15 Euro/ week, final cleaning + 30€

You have to leave a deposit of 300 Euros, which will be payed back when you leave the house and everything is in order.

It is not allowed to take the towels to the beach.

Further Information:

Rental time:
You can rent the flat also for days.
But at least for 1 week, and in the high season 2 weeks.
arrival time:         from 18.00 o´clock
departure time:          till   10.00 o´clock
Differences with former arrangement possible.
Arriving after 21 o'clock will be charged a 30 Euros exta and payable when you get the keys.

Payment and further conditions:
You will make the rental agreement directly with the owner, who will be in charge of everything else you need.
Within 1 week after booking you have to pay an advance payment of 40 % of the total price.
The rest ( 60% ) of the price and the final cleaning you have to pay 4 weeks before you arrive.
