The Flat: Referenz Benidorm - Penthouse - Villa Sol 
 
The Penthouse with 55 m2 living area is situated in the Villa Sol with separete entrance. 
You also can rent the Villa and the Flat together for 10 persons. The renters of the Villa can use the garden and the pool
 
Frome the Penthouse you have a wonderful sea view through the bay of Finestrat and it is very sunny. Thence it is also warm in the winter time. You have sun the hole day till night. The furnishing is new, because of the flat was terminated 1 year ago. 

Description: 
The big living area has a complete equipped american kitchen. The furnishing is completely new.
Bedclothers and towels will be there.
You also can rent the garage.

Living- / Diningroom with  Sat-TV / Kabel-TV, 
open kitchen with electric kitchen stove with 4 hot plates, oven, ice-box, fridge, microwave, washing machine.

The Easterweek will be charged with 85 Euro.

The prices are for 4 persons.
There also can be 5 people (there is a sleeping sofa in the living room) additional charge:  15 %

Overwinter possible: 
Winter booking from 1. November till 30. March  
as of 1 Month 730 Euro,   as of 2. month 690 Euro,  
as of 3 Month 650 Euro,   as of 4./5. month 630 Euros 
November till April you will be charged for the electricity, that you have used  (0,16 Euro / kwh)  
Bedclothes and towels will be included in the price.
Finalcleaning in the wintertime:  80 Euro

In the summertime from May till Oktober the towels and bedclothes are not inkl. in the price and are: 12 Euro/ person
Finalcleaning in the summer: 60 Euro

Longer summer booking:
if you are booking the hole month in the time of 1.April till 31. October you will get an discount of 15 % per day

Little pets are allowed (with former arragement)  15 Euro/ week

You have to consign a deposit of 200 Euros, which will be payed back if you leave the house and everything is in order.

It is not allowed to take the towels to the beach.

Further Information: Rental time: 
You can rent the flat also for days.  
But at least for 1 week, and in the high season  2 weeks. 
arrival time:             from  18.00 o´clock  
departure time:          till   10.00 o´clock 
Differences with former arrangement possible. 

Payment and further conditions:  
You will make the hiring contract directly with the renter, who will oversee the rest.
Within 1 week after booking you have to pay an advance payment of 40 % of the total price.  
The residual 60% of the price and the final cleaning you have to pay 4 weeks before you arrive.
