| The situation: | Moraira This exclusive little town which is called Moraira is only aprox 7 km away. It has a nice harbor and 2 lovly beaches where you can relax. Benissa is a nice town where are only a few tourists, with its traditionel Fiestas (for example in the june) and a very nice cathetral. When you go to the weekly market you can buy a lot of different and favoursome fruits and vegetables and you can mingle with the spanish people. The finca is situated in a quite area. Originally it was a farmhouse with cottes. It is situated in quite but not in a lonly area with a wonderful plot and romantic garden. The next beach is only 1,5 km away. Opportunities

The Finca is splited in two
storeys::
Groundfloor: Living- / Diningroom (40 m2) with open fireplace, Sat-TV, Radio / CD-Player, a bar and a winder garden. 2 Bedrooms with each 1 double bed. The kitchen is full equipped with 4 hot plates, oven, microwave, friged with ice-box, dishwasher, coffee maker and lovely wooden furnitures. 2 bathrooms, one with bath tub one with shower. 1. Floor: In the higher floor there is an other livingroom (30 m2) with open fireplace and a studio couch and a guest toilett. A washing machine is provided. Also there is an exit up to the roof-deck where you have an wonderful sea and panoramic view. Outside: In the outside area of the finca you will find a wonderful wild-romantic garden with pool (8m x 4m) and outside shower (warm / cold). A pond, a fountain and garden furnitures. A kitchen outside with special cooking place for paella and a barbecue A roof-deck and sun terraces a garage and a car park |

In the prices are the costs for electricity, gas, water, washing machine and pool included. Bedclothers
are available, beach and bath towels you have to bring along.
