Moraira The little town which is called Moraira is only ca. 3 km away. In this town there are no high-rise buildings. There are only until 4 floor commercial bulings on the coast allowed. Moraira also is identified as the most exclusive and most beautiful coast town. You have a big choise of restaurants, coffee shops, shops, amusement park for children and adults A big supermarket is only ca. 2 km away. A little shopping center with supermarket is ca. 1 km away. The beaches and the centre of the town are ca. 3 km away. |

The kitchen is full equipped with fridge with freezer, microwave, dish washer, oven, electric cooker, granatic work disk, coffee machine, espresso maker, toaster... complete equippement of dishes. 2 Bedrooms, each with 1 double bed, built-in closets, central heating and moskito net 2 Bathrooms, 1 with bath tub and 1 with shower. In both rooms is also a central heating. Big terrace, all new (3 / 2004), very well kept with Pool ( 8m x 4 m) with roman steps and shower outside (warm / cold) In the close are the opportunity to park 2 cars. The Tower-Apartment for 2 Persons: (In the moment is this Apartment not to rent - sorry) On the terrace there are steps to the entrance of the apartment. Here is the Living- and Bedroom with double sofa and Sat-TV. In the fitted kitchen is a fridge with freezer, electric cooker microwave. 1 diningtable with 2 chairs, and dishes. The bathroom is with shower. There apartments has a big balcony (40 m2) and you have a wonderful 360 ° sea and panoramic view and you can look until Ibiza. There are also furnitures for the terrace and deck chairs for 2 Persons. In the store room in the garage is a washing machine and a dryer, but also you can use the clothesline in the close. In the garden you will find a barbecue. |
