It is situated between the sea and the montains and offers a lot of opportunities for excursions and actions.
Estepona is in the south-east of the andalusien province Malaga, directly on the Mediterranean.

Opportunities for enjoy your free:
Tennis, Golf, hiking, surfing, riding by bike, delfin tours, you can make excursions with the Jeep, diving etc.

The holiday residence is situated in the heart of the Old town of Estepona:
central but quiet
To the Shops, Restaurants and Bars as well as the only 500 m abscise beach you can go by foot.

The summer residence can be rented for 2 Persons as a Apartment or for 4 persons as the hole house.

Apportionment of the house (for 4 Persons):

On the first floor is the livingroom with a sofa, Sat-TV and Radio, as well as the kitchen with diningroom.

In the second floor there are 2 bedrooms with each 1 double bed, 2 bathrooms with shower, a balcony with wonderful few over the Town Estepona.

If you rent the apartment for 2 persons, 1 bedroom and 1 bathroom will be locked.

Very well equipped ktichen with 4 electric hot plates, coffee machine, fridge and toaster. 

Bed clothes are available, beach and bath towels you have to bring along.

If you want to stay fewer then 5 days, the final cleaning will not be included in the price and we will charge you with 30 Euros.

Allowance for longer rental time is possible (please ask) 

You have to consign a deposit of 150 Euros, which will be packed back if you leave the house and everything is in order.

Pets are not allowed

Payment and further conditions:  
You will make the hiring contract directly with the renter, who will oversee the rest.
Within 10 days after booking you have to pay an advance payment of 25 % of the total price.  
The residual 75 % of the price you have to pay in cash on location.
