La Cala / Benidorm is situated right on Playa Poniente-beach.
Bus to Benidorm opposite of the door. Fine sandy beach with shallow water the first 50 m.
Supermarkets nearby. The same with restaurants and medical care.
In and around Benidorm there are some hospitals with good reputations.
From Benidorm, you will be in about 15 minutes in the mountains and can start the most beautiful day trips. There are numerous attractions, etc., for example Guadelest in Callossa the waterfalls, the Col de Council, Taberna and the Jalón valley. Not to forget the Terra Mitica Park with its great attractions and the Park Mundomar.

Sport facilities nearby:
Fishing, swimming, cycling, paragliding, golf, surfing, diving, tennis, walking, water skiing, scuba diving

The apartment Eolo with about 60 m2 is located in the second Floor of a house with 14 floors and elevator.
The beach and the bus station to Benidorm is approximately 100 m away. You can relax on the terrace with winter heating.

The beach is fine sand, the water clear and shallow on the first 50 meters. The beach is 100 meters away
From the terrace you have a wonderful view over the sea and the beach.
Opposite is a bakery, a news-stand and 50 meters away a pharmacy. Also some good restaurants.

Small pets are welcome by prior arrangement and are charged at € 15 per week

The prices are valid up to four people, the 5th Person with a premium of 10% calculated on the daily price.

Overwintering is possible:
We apply in the months of November to March each year Winter prices of 1st Months 740 €, 650 € 2 months,
3 months 630 €  and 4 or 5 months respectively € 600 per month.
 
In the months from November to April the electricity and gas consumption will be charged (€ 0.26 KW).
Both must transfer the balance to the account of the owner.
During the wintering period from November to March each year, the price for cleaning after the rental period € 95, the bed linen is included in price.

Small pets are welcome by prior arrangement, and will be charged € 15 per week.

 
Finalcleaning in summer: from 1.4. to 31.10. is 85 €.
 
Longer summer bookings:
For complete booking from 1.4 months. to 31.10. will be granted a discount on the daily rate of 10%.


It will charge a deposit of 300 euros, after tenants and housing delivery to the tenant will be refunded if all is in order.
Bed linen and towels are from 1.4. to 31.10. the year are not included, per set and per person: 12 €.

Towels and bath towels can not be taken to the beach.
 
 
 
 
Further Information: Rental times: 
You can rent the flat also for days.  
But at least for 1 week, and in the high season  2 weeks. 
arrival time:             from  18.00 o´clock  
departure time:          till   10.00 o´clock 
Differences with former arrangement possible.

Arriving after 21 clock will be charged a 30 € surcharge and payable at the keys. . 

Payment and further conditions:  
You will make the hiring contract directly with the owner, who will oversee the rest.
Within 1 week after booking you have to pay an advance payment of 40 % of the total price.  
The residual 60% of the price and the final cleaning you have to pay 4 weeks before you arrive.
