The situation: Summer residence Blanca  in Benidorm Casa 1

The flat is situated in La Cala / Benidorm directly on the beach in the bay of Playa Poniente. It is in a quiet area without high-rise buidings and buissines establishments.
A bus station is opposite of the door for going to benidorm center. 
Sandy beach with shallow water on the first 80 m.

Benidorm and its sights:
1.) The new fanfair Park  "Terra Mitica" with a lot of attractions. Espacially appropiate for children.
An absolute must for holidaymaker.
2.) Mundomar, sealife and animal Park in Benidorm with sea lion show, interaction with dolphins....
3.) In the evening you can visit the Benidorm Palace. A special Show will take place. You can book it also with  special dinner menu. !! Highly Recommended !!
This are only a few examples - Benidorm offers a lot more, just try it out.

The flat has about 162 m²,  
3 Bedrooms, 3 new bathrooms, a full equipped kitchen, a big glazed terrace, a livingroom with SAT-TV, washing machine and precious chattles furniture. Also new linen will be there for your use. The flat is completely renovated. The flat has central heating. Pool is not available - but the sandy beach is directly opposite of the door. The garage can be used by the renter. Air conditioning in every bedroom. 

Apportionment: 
Livingroom with television, Sat-TV / Kabel-TV, Video 
Electric kitchen stove with 4 hot plates, oven, ice-box, fridge, microwave, washing machine. 
1 Bedroom with double bed. 
2 Bedrooms with 2 single beds. 
 
( There is 1 room more with 2 fold-away beds and 1 crip - more then 6 Persons should be an absolute exeption)
3 Showers 
Terrace with wonderfull sea view
Central heating, Aire conditioning, Telephone

Sandy beach, crystal clear water shallow in the first 80 m.  
Little pets are allowed (with former arragement) and will be charged with 15 Euro per week.

The prices are for 6 persons.
The 7th and 8th person will be charged with :  10 % more
 

Overwinter possible:   
In the month between November till March there are special prices for the month:  
1. month 950 Euro,  
2 or 3 month is 900 euro pero month, 4-5 month is 850 Euro a month.  
In the month November till April you will be charged for the electricity and gas costs (KW 0,26 Euro).
Bedclothes and towels will be included in the price.
Finalcleaning in the wintertime (01.November till 31. March):  135 Euro for 4 Persons
+ 10 % for 5 Persons 

In summertime (from April till November) the towels and bedclothes are not inkl. in the price and are: 12 Euro/ person
Finalcleaning in the summer: 125 Euro for 6 people
7/8 persons is 135 euro

Pets are with former arrangement allowed and will be charged with 15 Euros per week.  

Garage using per day 7 Euro 

Longer bookings in summer: 
If you book a complete month frome 01. May till 31. October
you will get a discount of 15 % of the daily price. 

You will have to leave a deposit of 300 Euros, which will be payed back if you leave the house and everything is in order.

It is not allowed to take the towels to the beach.
 
 
 
Furter Information: Rental times: 
You can rent the flat also for days.  
But at least for 1 week, and in the high season  2 weeks. 
arrival time:             from  18.00 o´clock  
departure time:          till   10.00 o´clock 
Different arrival and departure times with former arrangement possible.

Arriving after 21 clock will be extra charged ( 30 Euros ) and payable when you get the keys. 

Payment and further conditions:  
You will make the rental agreement directly with the owner, who will take care of the rest.
Within 1 week after booking you have to pay an advance payment of 40 % of the total price.  
The rest 60% of the price and the final cleaning you have to pay 4 weeks before you arrive.
